DADT survey ridiculous & homophobic
The Department of Defense sent out a survey about “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” to 400,000 troops this week, and it’s just as ridiculous as you might suspect. The survey is filled with homophobic and fear-based questions, everything from taking orders from a gay service member to sharing a shower with one.
It’s shocking that the military would construct such a foolish survey. They had to know that this survey would eventually find its way into the hands of a civilian. Not to mention the press.
It is public relations disaster for the military and the Democratic president that commands it.
